Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading our fish cutting room team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and exceptional people skills. They’ll be working cross functionally with other departments to develop and manage cutting room team members.

The candidate must have a passion for always improving.

*Essential Responsibilities: *

 Own the cutting room teams performance  Organize team members for efficient completion of production goals 

Coach and develop team members for constant professional improvement  

Lead employee training for production employees  Execute initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency and morale  

Hold team accountable to high standards of conduct and performance

Ensure team is following all QA/QC protocols for environmental and food safety *Qualifications: 

3+ years formal leadership experience

Empathetic leader, exceptional people skills  Demonstrated track record of successfully executing new initiatives

Have deep understanding of all fish processing processes

Knowledge of USDA Safety and cleaning protocols
